Finally available the new series of traditional Japanese Tsubazo knives. Made in Japan, this series of kitchen knives is characterized by its refined character and its fine finishes. The blades of these Japanese knives are characterized by the Tsuchime processing (hammered effect).
Although these knives are made in Japan, the steel used to make these blades is Daido 1K6 stainless steel. The handles of the Tsubazo traditional Japanese knife series are made of Pakkawood with a black plastic head. The ergonomic design of the oval-shaped handle, in addition to giving a traditional character to this series of knives, also allows the hand to adapt perfectly. Washing these items in the dishwasher is highly discouraged.
