TERMS FOR WITHDRAWAL
As required by the Italian Consumer Code and by the applicable norms in U.E. The consumer who purchases an online product, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days of delivery of the product, if this is not excluded by law, from those products for which it is possible to request withdrawal.
Please note that the product must be returned to Knife Park intact, and in the original packaging. He also reminds that Article 59 of the Consumer Code excludes all contracts with a value of less than € 50.00 (fifty / 00) from the right of withdrawal.
The consumer who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, is obliged to communicate his will within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery of the product. This communication can be by registered mail or by filling out and signing the PDF form that you can download here:

Once the form has been completed and signed, the form can be sent to customer service.
After sending the form, verified the right of withdrawal, the consumer will be contacted by the customer service, who will communicate the address to which the product will be sent, and the shipping methods.
Please note, that the consumer code states that:
- The consumer is responsible for the diminution of the value of the product, if it has been used incorrectly or without the normal diligence or if it will be returned broken, worn, not intact or without the complete original packaging.
- The cost of returning the product is charged to the customer. And that the administration reserves the right to check the returned product to verify possible damages.
The consumer must return the product without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which he communicated to Knife Park the wish to withdraw from the contract.
The return of the price paid for the product will take place within 14 days of sending the communication to Knife Park (if the product has been returned). The refund will be made with one of these methods:
- Wire transfer;
- Credit card;
(depending on the payment method used).
Please note, if the product already paid, is refused at the time of delivery. This behavior will be understood as a request for recess by the consumer.
