The Sandvik modified 12C27 stainless steel blade, with a high percentage of carbon, guarantees a particularly effective cut and high resistance to corrosion. The full tang blade extends across the entire handle, giving the knife strength and balance. The Intempora collection is reliable and simplifies your life in the kitchen. After washing, the fiberglass may have light white streaks. Simply grease the handle lightly to restore the blue color.
