The Woodboy features extremely fine teeth on the blades, the best available in the Silky range of wood saws. These very fine teeth leave the cut as smooth as possible. It has a lightweight rubber-coated aluminum handle that ensures a good grip and reduces vibrations. The blade folds into the handle for protection. The locking mechanism on the handle allows the saw to be used in two positions. The second position raises the handle to facilitate sawing on a flat surface.
There are two standard Woodboy options with the Kataba model, one with 26 teeth by 30 mm and the other with 32 teeth by 30 mm and an option with the Dozuki model with 32 teeth by 30 and with a reinforced back (Dovetail). Please note that the blades of the Kataba and Dozuki models are not interchangeable with each other.
