The Silky Black Oxide combines the ancient Japanese way of rust prevention with modern technology. Through a special oxidation process, the blade takes on a pitch black appearance which provides a significant stealth effect during hunting activities. This superior finish is like a Japanese sword; excellent rust resistance, without compromising sharpness.
The NATA Double Edge is a cross between a knife and a cleaver. The 240 mm SKS-51 (JIS) steel blade is uniquely forged from the finest SKS-51 (JIS) steel and is full tang. It is sharpened on both sides and is designed for splitting wood. The rubber Genki grip absorbs shock and vibration very well so that they are not transmitted to the hand or arm.
