The Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener ELITE is a manual knife sharpening system adjustable in angle and with seven abrasive grits.
The sharpening base provides a stable platform for bench sharpening and the innovatively designed V-Block clamp secures the knife quickly and securely. Two rods (Tri-Brasive Rod) have three coarse-grained and two fine-grained diamond plates on the sides (to quickly restore the knife edge) and a ceramic plate (to sharpen the edge). One shaft has a leather strop (for honing and polishing) and a ceramic splint (for sharpening serrations). Sharpening angles can be adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments to suit a wide range of knives. A hard carrying case keeps the abrasives and sharpener organized and ready to use.
