Sales Conditions


This page regulates the terms and conditions of sale of the products on the Knife Park website. The products on the Knife Park site are sold by the company Knife Park of Diego Quattrone with registered office in Via Eduardo de Filippo 119 - 00128 - Rome (Rm), and mail info@knifepark.com, register of companies in Rome with number: RM1568762, VAT number 15114351008.

Sales prices are in Euro VAT included. Shipping costs, if any, are paid by the buyer and are calculated by the site when the final destination of the product will be indicated.

The owner, has the right to update the prices on the site. Prices are blocked only after the order has been sent. All sales transactions are regulated by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 70/2003.

With regard to sensitive data, please note that Knife Park acts in compliance with the privacy law Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003 and the 2016/679 EU Regulation (GDPR) and subsequent amendments. (for more information visit the Privacy Policy page).

BUSINESS HOLDER: Diego Quattrone, VAT number 15114351008 with legal site located in Via Eduardo de Filippo 119 – 00128 Roma  (RM) and mail info@knifepark.com

APPLICATION: The Website www.knifepark.com, managed by the Holder, is a Market Place for the purchase of sporting and professional knives.

PRODUCTS: The products are managed by the APPLICATION.

USER: who uses the APPLICATION (with or without VAT number).

CONSUMER: Only users without VAT number.

CONDITIONS: This contract regulates the relationship between the USER and Knife Park Company.



The sales contract ends with the sending of order by the site. Knives (both chef's knives and outdoor knives) are only for sale to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order and accepting our terms & conditions you declare that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask you to provide us with proof of identification before we ship your order.

After sending the purchase order, Knife Park sends a confirmation e-mail and an order summary. The owner can modify or update these terms of sale. The user is invited to view the conditions at each access to the site.



In order to access to all the functions of the site, the is required to register himself. To register, the user shall provide all the required data and accept the privacy terms. The user is required to keep the login credentials. Knife Park is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of access keys.



Registered users can request cancellation of their account at any time by contacting customer service or sending an e-mail to info@knifepark.com. (For more information visit the Privacy Policy page). Knife Park reserves the right to terminate the user's account if the terms and conditions are violated.



The products purchased on Knife Park are regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days from the moment of the product's possession. The purchase of products on Knife Park is allowed to all users. For the definition of consumer, refer to the definition of art. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The accepted payment methods are only those indicated on the site. (for more information visit the payment methods page). The reimbursement, if accepted by the holder, occurs with the payment method used at the time of the order. (for more information visit the right of withdrawal page). The prices of the products purchased on the Site are to be considered VAT included. If you are purchased from a non-EU country, depending on local legislation, your country may apply VAT and duties to the purchase amount depending on the type of goods and the value of the same.


All products sold on the www.knifepark.com website are new and have never been used. Our products are supplied directly by the manufacturers and/or official distributors of the brands covered. All products are therefore identifiable by the name and product identification code issued by the manufacturer. Product characteristics such as the type of materials used for production or the indication of the country of origin are not suitable aspects for product identification as they can be replaced by the manufacturer at any time. The seller is therefore not responsible for any changes made by the manufacturer to the characteristics of the product, unless these are such as to make the object unsuitable for the purpose for which it was produced.


The user is responsible for the integrity of the product, as long as he is in possession of it. In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned with the original packaging, with the instruction manuals, with any accessories and not damaged or worn. Knife Park will not accept the return of non-functional products due to improper or negligent use.



If the product is in stock, it will be sent in 24/48 hours from the confirmation of payment. Prices on the site are not fixed and can be changed at any time. At the time of delivery, the user is required to check if the number of packages sent is the same as the number indicated on the delivery note, that the package is complete and not broken. In the event that the package is not intact, the user must indicate that he accepts the delivery "with reserve" or "product control reserve" and will have to describe the anomaly.

The user who insured the shipment, to assert the insurance in case of damage to the package, will have to describe what damages have been reported on the delivery note. (for more information visit the page dedicated to the insurance service).

Any damage to the product must be reported within 7 days from the delivery. Information can be sent by post or through the customer support service on the site. The user is required to indicate a telephone number, to facilitate delivery by the courier, who will make two delivery attempts.



The actual availability of the products is always shown on the site. If an order exceeds the quantities present in the warehouse, it will be communicated to the user, when the product will be available again or what are the waiting times for the shipping. It will always be requested to confirm the user in case of change of delivery conditions.



All products on the Knife Park site have a legal guarantee of conformity. To use the guarantee of conformity, the customer must prove the purchase, with fiscal documentation or order details communicated via e-mail. To benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, the private consumer is distinguished from the others (User) as stated by the Directive 1999/44 /CE.

The conformity guarantee can be used, when the product is not usable or when it is not conform to the description that identifies it or when it does not possess the typical qualities of the product. The customer for use the guarantee of conformity, must report the defect within two months of discovery, by contacting customer support. It is possible to use the legal guarantee of conformity only if the product has been used correctly, according to the attached technical documents.



The buyer, sent the order, is required to pay the price of the product purchased. The payment methods can only be those indicated in the order form. The buyer is required to correctly indicate his data during registration. It is forbidden to make double recordings or enter data of third parties. These obligations are considered read and accepted by the buyer, which confirms the purchase order.

The user access the services offered by the site under his own responsibility. Knife Park, cannot be in any case responsible for damages caused by users with the use of the site. Knife Park is not responsible for the slowness or interruption of data transmission, data loss, or computer viruses. Knife Park is not responsible for data loss from its computer systems. The user is required to always keep its data sent. Any links to other sites is only for the convenience of the user, Knife Park is not responsible for the content of these sites. 



The contract of sale between the buyer and Knife Park, is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Legal disputes on the contract of sale, if the user is a consumer, the competent court will be that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if the consumer is in Italy. In different cases, if the user is not a consumer or is not resident or domiciled in Italy, the competent court will be Rome.

In order to guarantee the correct interpretation of the contract translated into English language, please note that in case of legal disputes, the contract written in Italian will be considered prevalent.
