The abrasives are easily interchangeable using a common handle, which includes a ceramic rod for smoothing serrations. The innovative V-Block Clamp secures the knife quickly, safely and repeatedly. The weighted base provides a secure and stable platform that allows you to rotate the knife without removing it or removing or the clamp.
