What are the delivery times?
At Knife Park, you can check product availability in our warehouse before placing your order.
This allows us to guarantee rapid order fulfillment. Processing time is generally only 24 to 36 working hours and may vary depending on when the order is placed.
When a product is marked as available for delivery, it is handed over to our courier within approximately 24 to 36 hours of the order.
Once the product is collected, our courier will send an email with the tracking number so you can track the shipment.
Please be reminded that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please note that from the moment we deliver the item to the courier, the latter assumes exclusive responsibility for its integrity and for compliance with delivery times.
Our staff meticulously checks products before packaging and handing them over to the courier, ensuring they maintain their integrity until they leave our warehouses.
Upon receiving the order, the customer must verify that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated on the transport document and that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the delivery, adding the phrases "WITH RESERVE" or "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE" and describing the detected anomaly on the copy of the delivery document kept by the courier.
The omission of this contestation exempts Knifepark.com from accepting any returns for damage caused during transport.
Free Shipping
Knife Park offers free shipping in Europe to all our customers, regardless of the size or weight of the package, for orders over €100.
Shipments to non-EU countries and to islands, such as Corsica, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, are excluded from the promotion. For these destinations, payment of excess shipping costs will be requested after order confirmation.
The conditions stated here apply only to shipments within the EU. For orders under €100, shipping costs will be automatically calculated by our system during the checkout process.
The countries excluded from the "free shipping" promotion are: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal.
